We are in this line of manufacturing activity for more than 15 years and with help of advanced CAD CAM technology, companies have reached to its peak.
We also specialize in taking up the complete development work i.e. to start with CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE PRODUCT, DESIGN, DETAILING mould making and finally production of the products. We are capable of doing any type of fitment works. We also do the cooling and ejection by using new system which will reduce the cycle time of the mould.
During the mould design, our engineers use the parametric fundamentals of design create the parts and the assembly. We use Solidworks 16 software for Mould designing and CADian 16 as designing and Siemens PLM Software - NX 1847 drafting software.
Moulding available with us are manufactures using advanced manufacturing techniques and are in accordance to industrial qiality guidelines. We use Delcam 16 software for Mould programming.
Our plastic injection moulds are made with fine quailty raw material which ensures high durability and are available in various dimensions.
